Your breakfast is served at the Schanzenbäckerei bakery right across the street – less than 70 metres from the hotel door. Not a buffet, but a freshly put-together breakfast from an artisan bakery that’s already baking while other hotels are still asleep.
It costs €10.90 per person. You can add it directly when booking your room, or later at reception – daily between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
It’s put together so you’ll leave full: hearty, freshly baked, and without a long wait at a buffet line.
Monday to Friday from 5:30 AM · Saturday from 6:00 AM · Sunday from 7:00 AM. If you need to catch an early appointment, get to a job site or catch a flight, you can have breakfast here before most hotel buffets even open – the airport is within easy reach via the A7.
